About the alea® Mobile App

The download of the alea® Mobile App is reserved for customers and users of the alea® complete system in order to be able to use the system according to the indication. The alea® Mobile App is a component of the alea complete system, a medical device and digital assistance system for inpatient care of the elderly. The alea® Mobile App cannot be used without the other components. The alea® Mobile App can only be used in the context of a complete alea system already purchased by a care facility from AssistMe or one of its partners, in combination with smart and alea®-compatible incontinence products. Without these integral alea® components, it is not possible, for example, to set up user accounts and log in to alea Mobile.
